Using Cheryl Malkowski’s pattern and the Six Weeks in Bali quilt kit, over a period of 6 months, students will quickly advance from simple strip piecing through flying geese and pinwheel blocks, to an impressive Seminole-pieced chevron border.

Exposed to the techniques and tools that yield excellent results from the very beginning, [beginning] students are less likely to fear a new challenge. We’ve set 6 dates, but once the class is formed, these dates can be adjusted to accommodate the group members’ schedules:
