Our 2019-20 $8 Block Program is now underway!

Introducing: Cedar Mills by Whirligig Designs

Cedar Mills features 12 scrappy 9-inch blocks arranged in either a traditional layout (approx 62 x 79) as seen in the photo on the left, or a more modern design (approx 68 x 90) as shown on the right. We have chosen two colorways for the program:

• a collection of handsome teal and grey fabrics, including batiks, Moda Grunges, and Robert Kaufman Essex Yarn Dyes, or
• a collection of beautiful Japanese taupe fabrics in reds and blues, set against a Robert Kaufman Essex Yarn Dye

Be sure to stop in and see our display of one completed block as well as a dozen miniature (glued) mock-ups of the program’s sampler blocks. It will give you a good indication of the fun that lies ahead in the coming year!

Participants choose between two colorways, or plan to do both:

Japanese Taupe Colorway

Please make note of the following:
Our $8 Quilt Block Program meets at 7:45 am every 3rd Wed or Sat of the month (with a few exceptions) for 12 months, beginning in April, 2019 and running through March, 2020.

Pre-registration is required. The following fees are due at time of enrollment:
•    $8 (Teal or Taupe colorway) – First month’s block(s) – non-refundable.
•     Purchase of Pattern: Cedar Mills

There are a limited number of kits available in each palette, so we encourage you to sign up promptly to be assured of a spot in the program! We look forward to seeing you on the 17th or 20th of April, 2019!
