  Leave your machines at home, pack your sewing basket, and plan to join Becky Weber one Sunday a month, in an afternoon devoted to hand-work, good fellowship, and sharing!

  Pre-registration and the purchase of a pattern are required.
  
  Ths year, we are very excited to offer three color palettes: Red & White, Black & White, and a scrappy, reproduction Blue & Gold. 
  
  Red & White - Consider adding finishing fabrics to make this a red, white & blue quilt, add green instead, and turn it into a Christmas-themed project, or maintain the red and white colors, and use the quilt to feature favorite redwork.
  
  
  Black & White - A perfect palette for black & white fabric collectors, or quilters who appreciate a more contemporary twist to traditional blocks. Add a punch of lime green, bright pink, or scarlet in the finishing fabrics, to make a bold and dramatic quilting statement!
  
  
  Blue & Gold - For our traditionalists! Quantities are definitely limited on this colorway, so be sure to sign up soon if you are eager to work with these fabrics.
  
  

   
  

  In A Nutshell:

  1. Select a session (Wednesdays or Saturdays).
  2. Choose a colorway (Red/White or Black/White or Blue/Gold):
  3. Purchase the first month's block for $5 (includes fabric kit and pattern).
  4. Bring it in completed to the next month's session and get the next month's block free!5. Successfully attend all 12 meetings and complete all blocks according to Program rules, and your total cost for the 12 blocks will be $5!

  Program Details:

  1.  Choose your session (Wednesdays or Saturdays).
  2.  Choose your colorway (Red/White or Black/White or Blue/Gold).
  3.  Purchase your first month's kit for $5.
  4.  Bring in your completed block to the next month's session and receive your next month's kit free! (No pins, basting, staples, or glue!)
  5.  During each session we'll introduce that month's block, and provide a bonus "techniques & tools how-to" demo.
  6.  Your kit will include the pattern and fabric. Fabrics may differ depending on availability.
  7.  In addition, we will share all of the latest and greatest fabrics, pattern, books, and samples each month!
  
  This is a superbly fun event and we look forward to having you join us, but we would also like you to review the following conditions before you make a commitment to the program, as we will not be making any exceptions.
  • You'll get 1 free kit each month in your selected colorway. If you'd like to make multiple blocks in either or all colorways, you must pay for any additions.
  • Sessions will be held each month on the 3rd Wed & Sat at 8 am, and you must attend the session you register for without switching sessions. To receive your free kit, you must personally attend your assigned session. No exceptions.
  • The doors to the store will open at 7:45 am. You will have 15 minutes to show your completed block and take a seat in the classroom.
  • If your block is COMPLETED, you will get your next month's block for free. 
  • The sessions will start promptly at 8 am, when the doors to the shop will be closed.
  If you arrive late you may still attend the session, but you will have to purchase the next month's block for $5.
  • If your block is not completed, or you can't attend for any reason (health, vacation, emergencies) you can buy that month's kit for $5 any time after your scheduled meeting.
  • You must stay for the entire session to receive your block, or pay $5 if you leave early.
  • We will not be sewing together during the sessions, but we'll demonstrate how to complete each block.
  • The minimum age for participating in the $5 quilt is 18.
  • Visitors and children are not permitted at this event and will not be allowed in the store before 10 am.
  • After the session is completed, enjoy this special shopping time alone without your spouse or children! The store is open just for you!

  Enjoy both play and practice time in this 5-class series, while creating a table runner on which you can apply the new techniques you’ve learned! You’ll learn straight line, in the ditch, and free motion quilting, discuss and plan quilting designs for your runner, and leave with a top ready for quilting! In addition, you’ll receive machine quilting product information and recommendations for the best tools and resources to make your machine quilting just as enjoyable as piecing!
